CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. The receipt of a signed, completed registration form will be deemed acceptance of our terms of business.
2. The role of Rainbow is as an introduction service and the terms of engagement of personnel is a matter exclusively for agreement between the client and the personnel.
3. Whilst every effort is made to enquire into the character and standing of personnel, Rainbow cannot accept liability for the acts or omissions of such personnel.
4. Introductions are confidential. Clients disclosing details of personnel to a Third Party are liable to pay Rainbow the full placement fee.
5. placement fees are payable for each person supplied.
6. All fees are due in full within seven days of commencement of employment.
7. A trial period of 21 days is allowed for both client and personnel.
8. An invoice will be sent to the client, as confirmation that the placement has been accepted.

REFUNDS

1. A refund will be made if the placement is terminated by the employer or employee during the 21 days trial period, if no suitable replacement can be found, provided that :
   a) the employer informs Rainbow in writing of the termination within three days.
   b) The client has paid in full within 7 days of the commencement of employment. Refunds will not be given in any circumstances if payment has not been made by the payment date as indicated on the invoice.
2. If a cancellation occurs for whatever reason after an invoice has been provided, a handling charge of 25% will be made by the Agency.
